according to this Freedom of Information request there were just 26 tickets issued in one year on Ladypool Road while the Alcester Road in Moseley saw 1671 tickets issued during the same period.

This is obviously because the parking on Ladypool Road is far superior, and legal, than it is in the middle of Moseley.
